By accessing or using any Modest Unite AI service — including Unite Core AI processing, AI analytics dashboards, AI workflow automation, or any other AI feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our AI Usage & Ethics Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Modest Unite AI platform.
Modest Unite may update these terms as our AI capabilities evolve and new AI features are released. Changes will be published on the Modest Unite website, and continued use of the Modest Unite AI platform after publication constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Registration
To access the full AI capabilities of Modest Unite — including Unite Core AI processing, predictive AI models, and AI workflow automation — you must create an enterprise account. During registration, provide accurate organizational information so Modest Unite AI can deliver optimized AI configurations for your specific industry and use case.
Keep your Modest Unite account details current. Inaccurate information may limit your access to advanced AI features, custom AI model training, or enterprise-tier AI processing quotas within the Modest Unite platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Modest Unite AI account credentials. Do not share access with unauthorized parties, and notify the Modest Unite AI security team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your AI services, AI models, or enterprise data.
Modest Unite recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords. Our AI-powered threat detection — built into Unite Core — continuously monitors for anomalous access patterns, credential stuffing attempts, and unauthorized AI API usage to keep your Modest Unite account secure.
Account Usage
As the Modest Unite account holder, you are responsible for all AI activities under your account — including AI model interactions, Unite Core data processing, AI-automated workflows, and AI-generated outputs. Ensure your use of Modest Unite AI complies with all applicable regulations and these Terms.
If Modest Unite AI security systems detect suspicious activity, we may temporarily suspend AI access, request additional verification, or take other protective measures. Our priority is safeguarding your enterprise data and the integrity of your Modest Unite AI deployment.
General Limitations
The Modest Unite AI platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Unite Core AI models are continuously improved by our AI research team, Modest Unite does not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free or that AI services will be uninterrupted. All warranties — express or implied — are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of AI-generated outputs.
Modest Unite is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use AI services, including decisions made based on AI-generated insights, AI predictions, or AI recommendations from Unite Core. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible assets resulting from AI processing.
Third-Party AI Integrations
The Modest Unite AI platform integrates with third-party AI services, APIs, and data providers not owned or controlled by Modest Unite. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party AI services, models, or outputs. Using these AI integrations within Modest Unite is at your own risk.
Modest Unite is not liable for any loss or damage from your interactions with third-party AI services, including data processed through external AI models connected to the Modest Unite platform. Review the terms of any third-party AI services integrated with your Modest Unite deployment.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Modest Unite's total liability to you — for all claims arising from the use or inability to use the Modest Unite AI intelligence platform — exceed the amount paid by you for Modest Unite AI services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, Modest Unite's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
